TAI CHI - COMMUNITY CENTER
Would you like to enhance your balance and flexibility; strengthen your core; improve the quality of your sleep; and increase your focus and concentration? Tai Chi can help you to do this and much more! Through a series of gentle movements called “the form” you relax both body and mind. Tai Chi is a moving meditation that you can do throughout your life. Newcomers are welcome. No prior experience is required. Wear comfortable shoes.

Media Borough Recreation has just the thing to recharge your energy and burn some calories in a fun atmosphere. Zumba Gold is designed for beginners and active older adults. It is a 45 minute low impact dance fitness programs set to a variety of music. No experience needed and go at your own pace Come join the party!
Mondays, except for holidays, at 9:30 AM in the Community room

Join us for a Pilates Class to improve flexibility, muscle strength, and tone, especially those abdominal muscles, lower back, hip, and buttocks. Pilates will help strengthen those deep core muscles, improve posture, build balance, and maybe help relieve back pain.
Tuesday and Thursday Evening from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm @ Media Community Center
