Media Borough is celebrating its 175th Anniversary in 2025!

In March 1850, the Borough of Media was officially incorporated by a Special Act of Assembly.  In 2025, we proudly celebrate 175 years of history, community, and progress.

To mark this milestone, special events and activities will be held throughout the year.

We invite all residents, businesses and visitors to join us in commemorating this historic occasion.

The Historic Archives Commission will be documenting Media’s history through a dynamic photo archive showcasing the borough’s rich past.
